The Story 

At Rockhill, our afternoon tea is rooted in our family’s own dairies, Green Pastures Donegal and Natural Dairies.

Over more than four decades, they have produced some of Ireland’s most awarded dairy products—recognised internationally for their exceptional quality, consistency and flavour across milk, cream and cultured dairy.

This foundation shapes everything we serve, allowing our kitchen to create an afternoon tea defined by depth of flavour, balance and refinement.

Alongside this, we bring together a curated selection of award-winning producers from across the North West, ensuring each element reflects both place and provenance. 

The Experience at Rockhill

Set within the elegance of Rockhill House, afternoon tea is designed to be unhurried and quietly indulgent.

Guests are welcomed into a relaxed country house setting, where views of the surrounding estate, soft natural light and attentive, discreet service create a sense of ease from the moment you arrive.

Tea is served on fine China, with each element presented in stages—allowing the experience to unfold at a gentle pace. Warm scones are brought to the table separately, accompanied by our own dairy cream, preserves and estate honey.

Throughout, our team offers a light introduction to the provenance behind the menu—from our family’s dairies to the producers we work with—adding depth without formality.
