Spa Etiquette & Arrival

  • Arrival Times: You are invited to arrive 60 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the exclusive facilities of the thermal area. Please allow an additional 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete a consultation form and change into your luxurious robe and flip flops.
  • Late Arrivals: Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment, and a full charge may be incurred.
  • Booking Policy: To avoid disappointment, pre-booking is essential. Bookings cannot be confirmed or secured without a credit card. All other treatments must be paid for on departure.
