Sports Teams & Athletic Recovery — Regular Sessions

The hot and cold contrast therapy at The Wellhouse is one of the most effective recovery tools available to athletes and sports teams. The sequence of the Hydrotherapy Pool, Finnish Sauna, Infrared Sauna, and Reset Bucket Shower mirrors the contrast protocols used by professional sports organisations worldwide to reduce muscle inflammation, accelerate recovery, and prepare the body for the next performance.

We welcome regular bookings from GAA clubs, rugby teams, soccer clubs, athletics groups, and individual athletes looking to make thermal recovery a consistent part of their training programme. Terms & Conditions

Exclusive hire is available for groups of 10 up to 35 guests. A €15 per person credit card booking deposit is required, which is fully refundable up to 72 hours before arrival. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival. Standard published Wellhouse terms and conditions apply. Use of outdoor tubs and bucket shower is subject to seasonal availability.
