Today, we couldn't be more proud to celebrate a monumental achievement for our own family business, Green Pastures. Founded and run by our very own family, Green Pastures is the name behind the exquisite dairy products that are a cherished part of the culinary experience for all our guests.

We are absolutely brimming with joy to announce that Green Pastures has swept up an astounding 16 awards at the 2025 Great Taste Awards! With over 14,000 entries from across the globe, this is a powerful testament to the hard work and dedication that our family pours into their craft.

But the story gets even better. Green Pastures was one of only five companies in all of Ireland to be awarded the highest honour—the coveted three-star award—for more than one product. Their Greek Yoghurt, 28% Fat Soft Cheese, Crème Fraiche 30%, 18% Sour Cream, and 25% Sour Cream all received this incredible accolade.

And the ultimate prize?

Winning the prestigious Golden Fork for the Ireland region!

This incredible achievement is a celebration of the Molloy family's unwavering commitment to creating the very best.
