Welcome to The Wellhouse Spa, our premier wellness destination on the Rockhill House Estate, Donegal—a secluded haven, tucked into the rock which gives Rockhill its name. Your journey begins in our reception, nestled within the former estate mill buildings, built by dedicated Letterkenny stonemasons using original stone, quarried right here on the Estate some 200 years ago. This deep physical connection to the land and our Spirit of Place underpins our philosophy: the achievement of wellbeing in body, mind, and spirit.

Intentionality is the anchor for every moment of your visit—a simple, powerful act of focusing your mind on a desired outcome, transforming an indulgence into a purposeful act of self-care:
- Look Inward: Take a deep breath and ask: What does my body and mind need right now?
- Name the Feeling: Set a clear, positive intention, such as "Embrace Tranquillity," "Cultivate Energy," "Restore My Glow," or "Reduce Tension."
- Hold the Focus: Carry that intention with you. It is physicalised in the Infusion Room, through your time in the Thermotherapy Suite and Wellness Garden, during your treatment and culminating in your time relaxing in the Tranquillity Room.
- Continue On Your Path: As you leave us, take time to consider how you can incorporate your experience into your life by visiting us again or through simple actions during your day. Our blog is a great place to find inspiration.
